Elmpark Green

Elmpark Green, and its signature Seamark Building, is a thriving residential and business campus overlooking Dublin Bay on Merrion Road. Working as a service partner to an international group, Castlethorn breathed new life into this 17.3-acre site and managed its entire redevelopment.

To maximise value, Castlethorn adapted the existing core layouts and redesigned the campus to accommodate 182,500 sq ft of office space and 340 residential units. New tenants were also secured to operate the on-site services – such as the creche and coffee shop – for key occupants Allianz, Novartis and Willis Towers Watson.

Energy efficiency and low-impact design are incorporated into the fabric of the development, and Elmpark Green is Ireland’s first sustainable mixed-use campus. The Seamark Building has a BER rating of A3 and achieved LEED Platinum certification in 2018.
