Castlethorn Show Home Viewings During COVID

Jul 24, 2020

Show homes across Ireland reopened on June 8th in line with the easing of Government restrictions surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. While we have had a very successful few weeks of conducting virtual viewings and tours over Zoom, we were incredibly excited to be back on-site, where many purchasers got a chance to see their future homes for the first time in-person.

The safety and wellbeing of all our viewers is paramount, and Castlethorn has taken multiple precautions and has introduced all industry protocols surrounding home viewings to ensure your health and safety.

The aim of this blog is to outline what you can expect to experience the next time you visit a Castlethorn development for a viewing.

Max Limit of 2 People

Viewings will be limited to 2 people, who must complete a COVID-19 form prior to entering the site. We are also trialling the use of mobile phone QR codes to expedite this process with updates on this to be announced soon.

Contactless 15 Minute Time Slots

Sales agents will let viewers into the home for 15 minutes at a time. Hand sanitizer will also be available at every door. Our agents will still be on hand should you have any questions in relation to the property.

Increased Cleaning

After every viewing, all touchable surfaces (door handles, railings etc) are cleaned with antibacterial wipes by our team. Furthermore, houses are deep cleaned once a day when all viewings have been completed and the agents have left.
